Lumina Estate Care is owned and run by a family that has lived in Boca Raton for 14 years, minutes from every home we watch.
Whom you will meet
We do not publish our names or photographs here, for the same reason we never publish yours. Before your walkthrough, we send you our names, photo identification, insurance certificate, and background checks. You meet the person who will walk your home, in person, before any key changes hands.

Why we stop at twenty homes
One person can walk about twenty homes a week with proper care. When we reach twenty, new owners join a waiting list. We would sooner turn a home away than walk it in a hurry.
What we send before we ever hold your key
- Our names and photo identification
- Our certificate of general liability insurance
- Our bond
- The background check for each family member who will enter your home
Keys and codes
Your key is tagged with a number, never your name or address, and it is kept locked away. Alarm and gate codes are given to us in person. They are never typed into this website, an email, or the portal.
LicensedAndInsured.com
Our family also runs LicensedAndInsured.com, which checks Florida contractor licenses against state records and tracks insurance certificates. Every company that works at a Lumina home is checked there first: your landscaper, your pool service, your housekeeper, and any trade you hire. No current check, no entry. The rule protects your home, and it protects us.
What we are not
We are not contractors, property managers, real estate brokers, or insurance agents. We do not do licensed trade work, lease homes, collect rent, or advise on coverage.
